If you notice a suspicious person/persons or suspicious vehicle please notify the DCS patrol car or send a mail to security@rrva.net. This is one way we can be alerted to possible criminal activity in our area and put a stop to it before crime takes place.
A trend at the moment is that someone will ring your intercom and if the intercom is answered the person will ask for water to drink, as he is thirsty. If the intercom is not answered the culprits then presume no-one is home and they can break-in. If some-one rings your intercom asking for water please delay them by saying that you will bring them some water but immediately call your security company or press your panic button to alert them.
Please inform your domestics of this modus Operandi.
Stay Safe!
