Robyn is a Volunteer with the RRVA. Below is a short Biography of Robyn.
I am the owner and one of the principal estate agents at Monolet Properties, based in Randpark Ridge. I cover most JHB northern suburbs, and hold a NQF5 qualification as a Master Practitioner in Real Estate.
I combine my specialist skills, systems & technology to provide a comprehensive property management and sales service.
I offer a comprehensive residential letting service; and am equipped to meet the full spectrum of residential letting requirements. Specialised letting services, coupled with effective marketing tools, ensure that a client’s property assets and returns are maximised.
We are able to assist property owners by sourcing qualified tenants, using our tenant letting system, to ensure suitability and affordability. Our Lease Agreements are fully CPA (Consumer Protection Act) compliant, and prospective tenants are accompanied to every viewing of all properties in our portfolio.
I enjoy speaking to people and helping where I can. The reason I signed up to the RRVA was to add a personal contribution to the community. I went through a very traumatic armed robbery a while ago and felt that, because of my experience, I could assist community members in need with initial trauma debriefing. I have completed my Basic Counselling course with Flo Motion and feel that I am equipped to help others in their time of need.
I believe the RRVA is a huge benefit to the community and I am honoured to be able to help and give back to others.
